The location near the train station is fantastic, but the room really lacked a kettle for drinks.

Daily room cleaning was a pleasant surprise.

The location is just a stone's throw from the train station. The basic amenities like the bath were there, albeit not quite as expected, so it definitely had the essentials covered for a night in town.

The accommodation was not as advertised-the room was much smaller than expected, resembling a cramped attic space, complete with low beams and unpleasant smells. The shower setup was odd. A short hose that didn't quite work, with shared toilets being blocked off. Access was a hassle, with no visible signs and keys left in a safety box. The breakfast option nearby was closed on Sundays. To top it off, the noise from trains was relentless for those who might struggle with light sleep.

Our stay here was EXCELLENT, incredible base for exploring Milan. The hotel was in a good location near subway and train. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Pizzeria Kimos that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Our room was good-sized and complete with full view. The staff were pleasant and great and knew the area.

The location directly opposite the metro station was perfect for quick access into the city. I appreciated the daily room cleaning service. The room was smaller than expected, and the shower setup was somewhat awkward. The noise from trains could be bothersome for light sleepers, so be prepared for interruptions during the night.
